By filling out our JBaby Promotional Membership form, you agree to the Terms & Conditions: Offer valid until August 31, 2025 for new and returning family memberships with at least one baby aged 0 - 12 months. Offer excludes families enrolled in ECE or J Tots classes. Waive registration fee ($150 value) and get the rest of July and August 2025 complimentary (value $110/month). All applicants must sign a physical membership agreement. Membership is valid from the time the agreement is signed, and the Welcome Email is received until termination is requested and processed. If termination of membership is not requested in writing before August 17, 2025, Family Membership will continue at the regular rate of $110/month on the 1st of each month beginning Sept 1, 2025. A discounted family membership of $53/month may be offered to qualifying families with babies under 12 months. A paid family membership ($110/month) is required to enroll in full or part-time Early Childhood Education. All membership applicants take 1 to 2 business days to process.*
