Before & After School Care
ULS is pleased to offer safe, reliable, and engaging before and after school care for Lower School families who need extended care on regular school days in the school year.

Little Lakers
Little Lakers students are eligible for after school care until 4 p.m. only.

Please note:

• Morning Care is not available for Little Lakers students.
• Aftercare past 4 p.m. is not available for Little Lakers students.
  
  

About the Fee Schedule
Families may choose to pay for the full year or by semester.

Annual Plan

• Annual fees may be paid in full by August 31.
• The annual plan covers school days from August through June, approximately 175 days.
• After-school care is not available on Early Release Days.

Semester Plans
Semester fees must be paid in advance. The semester dates and payment deadlines are:

• Semester 1: August 31–January 15
  • Payment due: August 31
• Semester 2: January 18–June 3
  • Payment due: January 18
    
    

Late Pickup Fee
Children must be picked up by the end of their scheduled care period. A $30 late pickup fee will be charged to your ULS account for each day your child remains in care past their scheduled pickup time. Late pickup fees will be processed monthly.

Please Note: A convenience fee is applied to all online payments. This fee is non-refundable

Medical Treatment: I give permission for the ULS Morning Care and/or Afternoon Stay & Play Program staff and/or substitutes to provide emergency medical treatment for my child, and to transport to an emergency center for treatment. Also, I consent to medical treatment for my child deemed immediately necessary or advisable by a physician.
