  • What is drip egde?

    Drip edge is a form of flashing now required by code around the perimeter of the roof. Most companies consider it to be an upgrade but we include it standard. Its visibily depends on your current house's fascia, and some of it may be hidden by the gutter.

  • Yard Assurance:

    While we do our best to ensure we protect every yard reasonably, those that want extra protection can purchase yard assurance, which provides complete tarping over landscaping, a plywood ground protection, scheduling flexibility to ensure the ground is hard, and more. (See contract for full terms)

  • Shingle Sample Rental:

    We cut out the expense of "The Sales Experience", with the one side effect being you do not get the chance to review your shingle color in person. We can however offer those as a rental, and will be delivered to your door for 48hrs for your review. This comes at a cost to cover fuel and delivery charges. You can also review shingles at hardware stores such as Lowe's.

  • In-Person Estimate:

    We get it, some people like to meet face-to-face. While we do not hire salespeople, our owner or a project manager will come and meet in home with you, with shingle samples, to discuss your project, concerns, and any other things you would like to talk about. This comes at a fee to cover wages and fuel expenses.
