Do you understand that when adopting from Mingee's & Dream Catchers that puppies are sold on a neuter/spay contract and you MUST adhere to this contract as discussed with each breeder. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $2,000 per breech of contract. Also if it is found that whether intentional or unintentionally a pregnancy has resulted or a dog has been bred you will be subject to being fined $5000 and along with any attorney, plus an additional $2500 per puppy born that will be processed in court in the state of Virginia for Mingee's and state of North Carolina for Dream Catcher's.
