Zone 2 (Sheridan Rd side, next to The Village Event Center) High-visibility corner with built-in foot traffic Regular: $300–$450/day

Terms & Conditions

Rental & Payment
Full payment due upon booking to secure date.
Payments are non-refundable, but transferable to a new date (with at least 30 days’ notice).
Launch discount pricing applies only to the first two confirmed renters in 2026.
Site Use
Zones must be left in clean condition. Trash, décor, and signage must be removed after event.
No permanent fixtures, drilling, or ground penetration without prior approval.
Power, water, and restroom access not included (unless arranged in advance).
Insurance & Liability
Renters are responsible for event liability insurance (naming The Village and Kitsap Bazaar as additional insured).
Kitsap Bazaar / The Village is not liable for accidents, theft, or weather-related losses.
Renters must comply with all city codes, permits, and health regulations (e.g., food vendors must be licensed).
Event Rules
Noise must remain within city ordinances (music cut-off by 9 PM unless otherwise approved).
Alcohol sales require proper licensing and pre-approval.
No open flames without written permission.
Parking must remain accessible for tenants unless otherwise designated.
Cancellation
If renter cancels: No refund, but credit may be applied to future date (with notice).
If Kitsap Bazaar / property cancels (e.g., unsafe conditions): renter receives full refund.
