Hey y'all, this is Kendall Maxwell with Fingerprint Farms, Your Local Meat Market in Cleburne, Texas. Welcome to our online ordering process. We are a small family-owned and operated bussiness and we do our best to serve our community real good food.
With that being said, listed below are all the cuts of meat that we carry inside our meat market. Something you may or may not know is that our food system is seasonal and that fact is true for raising meat too. We do our best to have a wide selection of pasture raised meats available for you to shop from, but every cut has a unique weight and sometimes certain cuts (especially beef) sell out faster than others and we have to wait until another round of processing takes place.
So what does this mean for you? You will start the process by filling out the customer information at the top of this form and below you will list the unit quantity of each of the items that you are interested in purchasing. Once you have submitted this form, we will begin the process of creating a custom order for you. We will fill your order based on what we have in-stock and then send you an invoice. When you pay your invioce we will let you know what day your products will be available for pick up.
