Important Disclaimer* This field is required.The customer agrees to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A1 Submissions Group Inc., doing business as Sportscard Yoda, from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, or damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, claims for monetary loss, property damage, or equitable relief, whether brought by an individual, entity, or imposed by a court of law or administrative action from any federal, state, or local government agency. This indemnification covers any acts, omissions, or negligence and extends to, but is not limited to, the payment of all penalties, fines, attorneys' fees, legal expenses, and related costs.If PSA causes damage to your card during the grading process, A1 Submissions Group Inc. will assist in facilitating a damage claim with PSA on your behalf. This assistance does not imply any admission of guilt or wrongdoing on A1 Submissions Group Inc.'s part; it is provided as a courtesy to the customer. Furthermore, if you choose to have your card removed ("cracked") from its current slab, you acknowledge the risk of potential damage, and A1 Submissions Group Inc. (Sportscard Yoda) will not be held liable for any resulting damage. Additionally, a 20% late fee will be applied to any order that remains unpaid one week after the billing has been sent to the customer.
