This application is for our rigorous 12-week pilot program, designed specifically for action-oriented grassroots organizers and movement builders operating in the United States. Our program focuses on 'whole-person development'—integrating strategic thinking (Head), emotional commitment and community connection (Heart), and practical organizing skills and action (Feet).

Participants will engage deeply in this intensive experience, develop their campaign project to be launched during the program, and build a strong community with fellow organizers nationwide. Please note this requires a significant time commitment during the initial 12 weeks, followed by engagement in a supportive learning community for at least a year.

- Target Audience: U.S.-based grassroots organizers (volunteer or paid), Movement builders, Residents looking to get started making change, and those biased towards action.
- Program Format: Intensive 12-week pilot + year-long learning community.
- Cost: Sliding scale: $5-$2000
We designed the Academy's sliding-scale fee structure to ensure that everyone can participate in this essential program and build in long-term financial stability to support future participants. We ask that those in larger organizations or those with more financial capacity cover all or more of the fee, while those in the community or with less financial capacity give what they can. - Session times: Saturdays, 2 hours- starting at 1:00 PM EDT, 12:00 PM CDT, 11:00 AM MDT, 10:00 AM ( MST, PDT) 9:00 AM (AKDT)
