1. Hygiene & Conduct: I will follow staff instructions at all times, use hand-washing or sanitizer before and after interactions, and will not touch animals or enclosures unless invited and supervised. Food and drinks are not permitted in animal areas.

2. Assumption of Risk: I understand that live animals can be unpredictable and may cause injury, allergy, illness, or damage despite reasonable care. I voluntarily accept all inherent risks associated with my visit.

3. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, I release and hold harmless Mystik Café, its owners, employees, volunteers, rescue partners, and agents from any claims or damages arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Indemnity: I will reimburse Mystik Café for any losses or costs resulting from my breach of rules or harm I cause to animals, property, or other guests.

5. Personal Property: Mystik Café is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

6. Medical Care: If urgent care is required, I authorize Mystik Café to request emergency services. I am responsible for related costs.

8. Minors: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who signs on their behalf. Hands-on interactions are not available for children under 5.

9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Ontario law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Toronto, Ontario. If any clause is invalid, the remaining terms stay in effect.
