    If, after our conversation, you are confident in our approach and wish to engage our services, we will then proceed with our Buy-Side Subscription. For your full transparency, the fee structure for that service is:

    - Monthly Subscription: A $500 per month fee for active, dedicated deal sourcing on your behalf, which includes direct outreach, vetting, and personalized deal flow. You can cancel this subscription at any time.

    - Success Fee: A 5% commission based on the total purchase price of a business, paid only upon the successful closing of a deal we source for you.
