Group Outing Suitability Confirmation

I confirm that the Trailblazer registered is able to participate in a group setting supported at a 1:6 ratio (usually 1:3 for our normal adventure club outings), does not require significant behavioural redirection, and is comfortable with full-day outings. I understand that these trips are designed for folks who are fairly independent and enjoy being out and about for extended periods. I confirm that the Trailblazer has been included in the decision to register for this outing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Acknowledgement
I understand that full payment is required by the due date indicated on the invoice to secure a spot for the selected adventure(s). Please do not submit payment until your spot has been confirmed and an invoice has been issued.

I acknowledge that Adventure Club outings are intentionally kept small and often require advance planning, reservations, or ticket purchases. For this reason, adventure selections are final once invoices are issued and refunds or credits are not available for cancellations or missed adventures.

If an outing must be cancelled by Unique Optimism due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, an alternate activity may be offered whenever possible.
Active Participation Acknowledgement
The Adventure Club is designed to be an engaging small group experience where Trailblazers explore the community together. Trailblazers are encouraged to actively participate in activities and engage with the group whenever possible.

While everyone is welcome to move at their own pace, The Adventure Club works best when participants are interested in being involved, connecting with others, and contributing to a positive group environment.

By registering, you acknowledge that this is a group-based program where Trailblazers are expected to participate respectfully alongside the group.
The Adventure Club Transportation Acknowledgement
I understand that transportation is part of The Adventure Club experience unless otherwise stated in the adventure description.

I understand that transportation is coordinated by Unique Optimism and helps keep adventures organized, safe, flexible, and running smoothly for everyone attending. Transportation is also a big part of the social experience and overall fun of the adventures.

I understand that transportation routes and pickup windows are planned ahead of time based on the overall group, adventure location, timing, and the Trailblazers attending that day. Because of this, last-minute pickup location changes cannot always be accommodated.

I understand that pickup times listed in the Band app are pickup windows similar to DARTS transportation and may occasionally shift due to traffic, weather, timing, route changes, coffee stops, or changes throughout the adventure day.

I understand that adventure timing, routes, stops, and plans may occasionally change throughout the day depending on the group, weather, traffic, timing, or the adventure itself.

I understand that transportation arrangements for each adventure are determined by Unique Optimism based on the overall plans and logistics for the day. Independent arrival or alternative transportation arrangements are only available when specifically approved or stated for that adventure.
