Join us for a guided journaling series designed to offer caregivers a space for reflection, connection, and self-care.
Time: 11 am to 12 pm
Dates: Mondays, July 21st, 28th and August 11th and 18th.
Please note there will not be a session on Civic holiday.
Each 1-hour session inclides:
- Welcome and time for introductions
- A new journaling prompt shared each week
- Quiet time to write and refelct
- An invitation to share
- A closing mindfulness or guided imagery exercise
While your journal writing is personal and you won't be required to read it aloud, everyone is expected to engage in the conversation in some way. It’s a chance to connect meaningfully with others who understand the caregiving journey.
Please come prepared with something to write on: a notebook, laptop, tablet, or even your phone—whatever helps you best capture your thoughts.
Journaling has been shown to reduce stress, improve emotional clarity, and foster resilience, especially for those in caregiving roles.
This is your time. Your space. Your story.
