2025-2026 Birthday Books Order Form
Celebrate your child’s birthday by contributing to the St. John’s Library book collection. For a cost of $35, a book will be purchased and presented to your child during Tuesday Chapel announcements in their birthday month (summer birthdays will be recognized in May). A recognition sticker featuring your child's name will be placed on the inside cover, and the book will be left in your child’s classroom until their next library day, when it will move to the St. John’s Library for students to enjoy for years to come. ONLY ONE CHILD PER FORM PLEASE.
