Request a Permit/Planning Meeting

Do you need to set up an appointment for building, trade, or zoning permits or project planning? Please follow the instructions to make an appointment. Appointments are set for 30 minutes and take place at the Planning and Development Office at Manassas City Hall - 9027 Center Street, 2nd floor, Manassas, VA 20110.
If you need to discuss a permit for a Code Enforcement Violation (work without permits) - schedule an appointment.

If you need to discuss a permit for a project of limited scope like Decks, Basement Alterations, Minor non-structural Interior Alterations, Wall Signs, Sheds (less than 256 square feet), Fences, Home Occupations, or Occupancy Permits, we’re open for Walk Through Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Permit requests involving work without permits cannot be processed as a Walk Through, please schedule an appointment.
