  • Eligibility Criteria:
    To be considered for nomination, all projects must have been completed within the past three (3) calendar years. Additionally, all nominees—whether individuals, companies, or projects—must be based in or located within the San Antonio metropolitan area.

    Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged. Nominees may be submitted for multiple award categories; however, a separate nomination form must be completed for each category.

    • Award Categories:

      1. Project of the Year (over $10M): Awarded to the project owner overseeing a construction project valued over $10M, showcasing excellence, local/small business engagement, and innovation in project management.
      2. Project of the Year (under $10M): Recognizes the project owner who has excelled in managing projects under $10M, demonstrating leadership, local/small business engagement, and quality.
      3. Prime of the Year: Awarded to the prime contractor who has shown exceptional leadership, professionalism, performance and local/small business engagement.
      4. Subcontractor of the Year: Recognizes a subcontractor for their dedication to quality work, collaboration, and timely project completion.
      5. Vendor/Supplier of the Year: Awarded to a vendor or supplier who has demonstrated excellence in providing top-tier services/products and support to the industry.
      6. Vendor Champion of the Year: Acknowledges an individual who advocates for vendors/suppliers and drives partnerships to success.
      7. Architect/Designer of the Year: Recognizes an architect or designer who has contributed outstanding creative design and innovative solutions to a project.
      8. Professional Service of the Year: Awarded to a professional service provider who has significantly impacted project success through legal, financial, or other essential services.
      9. Community Champion of the Year (Company): Recognizes a company that has made significant contributions to the San Antonio community, promoting diversity and outreach.
      10. Safety Program of the Year: Awarded to a company with a demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, implementing industry-leading safety measures.
