If your group slightly exceeds a tier’s maximum, teachers may add up to 10 extra students to any tier at a rate of $3 per student. This option is available to allow flexibility without requiring a full tier jump. Example: A group of 33 students can book under the 1–30 tier ($90 for resident schools) and pay an additional $9 for the 3 extra students.

I understand that this is a booking request only, and that my rental is not confirmed until I receive official confirmation from the CGRA Event Coordinator.I understand that this is an outdoor booking and is weather-dependent. CGRA staff reserve the right to reschedule events if conditions require.I understand that I may choose to reschedule or request stored credit for inclement weather-related cancellations, provided I notify CGRA at least 12 hours prior to the start of my booking.I understand that this is an outdoor booking and that access to indoor facilities is not guaranteed beyond washroom use.
