1. Apprentice Painter ($18–$22/hr) 0-6 months experience
Learn basics: surface prep, masking, caulking, and tool safety.

2. Junior Painter ($22–$26/hr) 6-12 months experience
Master cut-ins, rolling, and assist with drywall & detail work.

3. Painter Technician ($26–$30/hr) 1-2 years experience
Complete full rooms solo, supervise helpers, maintain job quality.

4. Lead Painter / Crew Foreman ($32–$42/hr) 2+ years experience
Lead jobs, manage a team, and earn incentives like company vehicle & bonuses.

Our Expectations for Every Team Member

We take pride in professionalism and appearance. Please review our non-negotiables:

Dress Code: Company shirt required. Pants/shorts must be black, white, or khaki (clean and neat).
Conduct: No smoking, vaping, or drinking on job sites. Be courteous, respectful, and punctual.
Breaks: Paid rest breaks and a 30-min unpaid lunch per Florida law (when shift exceeds 6 hours).
Cleanliness: Job sites must be left clean and organized daily.
