  • Talk to a Lawyer: Immigration Help

    La Fonda Foundation has partnered with Santa Fe Dreamers to help hospitality workers access legal support services. La Fonda Foundation is covering the cost of all initial consultations on July 21. While there may be additional financial help available for follow-up services through Santa Fe Dreamers, La Fonda Foundation cannot guarantee that future appointments or services will be paid for. However, no one will be turned away due to financial hardship.

  • General Information:

    -All information you provide will be kept confidential, except for your first name. Your first name will be shared with Santa Fe Dreamers on the morning of July 21 to help prepare for the clinic. -The clinic location will not be shared publicly. On the morning of July 21, everyone who signed up will receive a text from Leticia Bernal (505-362-4545) with the location. This is to help ensure privacy and safety for all attendees. -All attorneys and legal staff at the clinic are employed by Santa Fe Dreamers. La Fonda Foundation is covering the cost of consultations on July 21 and is working to raise funds to help with possible follow-up services. -While additional support may become available, it is not guaranteed. If more funding is secured, you may be asked to provide additional documents.
