    41st Festival of Trees Donation Form

    Junior League of the Space Coast, Inc.
  • Donated items will be displayed during our event at Wickham Park Community Center on November 22nd, 2025 from 9am- 3pm.
    Please return completed donation form no later than Friday, November 14th.

  • Set-Up and Dismantling Guidelines

    • All trees and decorations that are donated by the DESIGNER will be the responsibility of JLSC to remove from the Wickham Park Community Center. 
    • The DESIGNER who chooses to set up their display at their place of business is responsible for the delivery of the decorated tree or vignette to the event venue on either Friday, November 21st from 9 am - 5 pm. JLSC reserves the right to move and modify holiday displays as deemed necessary. 
    • Any holiday display donated to the JLSC becomes the property of the JLSC or the eventual owner, including all decorations, lights, and trimmings on and under the display. The display will be sold or auctioned off with all proceeds going to the JLSC. The DESIGNER is responsible for providing JLSC with a list of decorations NOT FOR SALE or NOT included with the display. The DESIGNER will be responsible for retrieving these items no later than noon on Sunday, November 23rd. 

    Holiday Display Basic Guidelines 

    • Keep in mind the trees will be transported after purchase. All decorations, lights, and trimmings MUST BE WIRED/SECURELY ATTACHED to the tree. Glue the ornaments to their caps in order to make them more secure. If the JLSC tree committee finds ornaments, lights, and trimmings NOT wired to the tree properly, the designer will be contacted so that they may come to the event location to correct any wiring/decoration problem(s). All accessory items must fit on or under your tree. 
    • Grounded (3-pronged) extension cords or power strips are the responsibility of the DESIGNER. The DESIGNER is responsible for bringing the necessary tools and equipment during set-up 
    • The selling of merchandise is NOT PERMITTED from any holiday display. 
    • Since items purchased will be displayed in businesses and homes throughout the holiday season, we ask that no living materials or food be used. Candy Canes are permitted, but no other candies as they could melt or go bad.

    Designer Trees, Table Top Trees, Wreaths

    1. The DESIGNER must provide their own tree or wreath. Consider decorating matching wreaths for double doors!
    2. The DESIGNER must provide an extension cord if the tree or wreath is lit. 
    3. The DESIGNER must provide a tree skirt. All ornaments or objects of design must be attached to the tree with wire or glue. 
    4. Table Top Tree base must be attached to a vase, pot, or container.
    5. All items on and under the tree must be non-flammable or treated with non-flammable spray.
    6. Lights must be UL approved. Replacement bulbs are provided by the DESIGNER for the duration of FOT. 
    7. Each Designer Tree, Table Top Tree, Wreath, and Holiday Display will be displayed at all times, with a place card provided by the JLSC, designating the following where applicable: Designer, Donor, and Theme. 
    8. Trees, Wreaths, and Holiday Displays should have a holiday theme. Please do not incorporate controversial themes, political affiliations, your business logo, name, etc. within the body of your work. Marketing materials may be displayed with your tree at the discretion of the Junior League of the Space Coast, but you must provide all materials and holders. Junior League of the Space Coast reserves the right to deny participation of any individual, organization, and/or group from donations if deemed to be in violation of these guidelines.
    9. Designer Trees will be available for decorating at the event venue during the following hours:  FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21st FROM 9 AM - 5 PM
    10. Table Top Trees, Wreaths, and Holiday Displays must be dropped off already decorated during the following times at the event venue: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21st FROM 9 AM - 5 PM.
  • DONATION PICK UP AND DROP OFF 

    Silent Auction donation pick up or drop off must be arranged by emailing info@jlspacecoast.org.
