Please adhere to the following guidelines when extending an invitation to the Western Province Polemarch of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated®.

Requests will be addressed within 30 days of receiving the submission.

We appreciate your interest in having the Western Province Polemarch participate in your event. To facilitate efficient processing, please use this form to submit your invitations or requests.

Please leverage the following guidelines when submitting invitations/requests. Missing or incomplete information may delay or prohibit processing your request.

In-Person Events
Submit your invitation/request at least one (1) month before the in-person event.

Video Recordings for Events
Submit your invitation/request for a brief (2-3 minute) video recording at least three (3) months before the event.

Virtual Events
Submit your invitation/request at least one (1) month before the virtual event.

Written Greetings/Proclamations Request Form
Submit requests for written greetings/proclamations no later than 6-8 weeks before your event. Requests for written greetings are limited to one (1) per month per requesting individual/organization. Requests for multiple greetings must be submitted separately and must adhere to the guidelines for required information as outlined above.
