    You are managing your stress levels and maintiang a a good balance between work and life. Keep nurturing yourself and prioritising self-care to stay on this healthy path.

    17-23 points: Approaching burnout

    You are showing signs of stress and fatigue, and it may be time to reassess your work life balance. Try implementing more intentional self-care practices and setting boundaries to prevent burnout.

    24-30 points: On the path to burnout

    You are likely experiencing high levels of stress and are at risk of burnout. It is crucial to take a step back and seek support. Prioritise rest, reconnect with your needs, and consider making changes to your routine or workload vto regain balance. 

    Reflection and next steps

    • How can you better prioritise your wellbeing?
    • What immediate changes can you make to reduce your stress?

    If you find yourself in the `approaching burnout' or `on the path to burnout' range, it is time to take action. Consider making time for rest, saying no to unnecessary committments, seeking support from friends, family or a coach to realign with your goals and protect your wellbeing.
