We’re excited that you’re interested in becoming a referee with SDSRI. Refereeing is a fantastic way to stay involved in the game, develop leadership skills, and give back to the football community.

Want to Become a Referee?
To get started, you’ll need to complete 3 key tasks:

• Classroom Session
• Online Training
• Practical Assessment

Once completed, we’ll get you out on the field refereeing!

Training Commitment
As part of Southern Districts Soccer Referees, you must attend at least 1 training session per month. New referees are encouraged to attend as many as possible to build confidence and skills.

Field Training: Every Monday, 7–9pm at Ernie Smith Reserve
Classroom Sessions: Once a month on a Wednesday night
