MAC Registration form 2025/2026

Please read carefully:

The Midstream Athletics Club can only accommodate Primary School Athletes from Midstream College Primary / Midstream Ridge Primary OR any Primary School athlete residing PERMANENTLY in one of the Midstream Estates.

Fee Structure for 2025/2026 Season:

* Once off Seasonal Registration fee: R500

* 1 Event: R700 pm per athlete

* 2+Events: R1000pm pet athlete

Monthly fee's are payable monthly in advance. Unattended sessions cannot be carried over to the following month. There is no "pay as you train" option.

30day notice cancelation period on membership is required!
