    • Email address maybe used in the event we have questions regarding your letter.  We may also use it to send you a notification when your letter is posted on our website along with a link to it.
    • Letters should focus on local issues relevant to the Ripon community.

    • Be respectful and avoid personal attacks or defamatory content.

    • We reserve the right to edit letters for clarity, length, and adherence to our guidelines.
