Trader Information – The Big Doggy Day Out 🐾
At our event, we’re dedicated to creating a fun-filled day for everyone – visitors and traders alike! We know that as traders, you're here to showcase your business and make sales, so we're doing our best to keep things fair and profitable for all by limiting product crossover wherever possible.
Please don’t be offended if you're asked not to bring certain items outside your main product range – it’s simply to avoid overlap with another trader whose core business focuses on that product. We hope you understand and support our goal to ensure everyone has the best chance of success!
👉 This is an outdoor event – traders must bring their own gazebo and full setup.
💰 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date.
🐶 This is our very first Big Doggy Day Out, and we’re aiming to turn it into an annual celebration of dogs, their people, and all things pawsome!
Trade spaces will be 4 x 6 meters. You must stay within your alloted space, if you feel you will need a bigger space, please state so below.
Prices:-
Trade space = £60
Food vendors = £100
Charity - pet based = free. Non pet based (sorry!) = £25
