  • The Early Hours

    Following the birth of your baby, mama is most often depleated, requiring very gentle nourishment to restore blood sugar whilst giving her disrupted digestive system the tender loving care it deserves.
  • Would you like your first warm meal delivered to you at your birth place? (Please note: I am available 8am-8pm. I won't enter your birth space, but leave your meal with the midwives to bring to you.)

  • The First Days

    Our packages are prepared specifically for you in the weeks leading up to your baby's guess date and delivered frozen between 37-39 weeks, ready for your birthing day. Once slow defrosted they can be kept for 4-5 days in the fridge. They are simple to reheat in the microwave, stove or oven.
