Other documentation required for the application needs to be submitted to our school office or emailed to Admissions@hcablazers.org: (A) copy of a state issued identification (driver's license); AND (B) copy of proof of income (1040 or W-9). Once all documentation required is submitted, you will be notified of the status of your financial aid application within five business days.
