SoundWaves Music Together – Terms of Agreement

Enrollment and Attendance

Enrollment in a Music Together class reserves a space for your family for the full session.
Consistent attendance helps your child get the most out of the program, but we understand that absences happen.

Missed Classes and Make-Ups

If you must miss a class, you are welcome to attend another class during the same week (space permitting). Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
One make-up class will be offered at the end of the semester for families who were unable to attend a class during the session.
Make-up classes cannot be carried over into future semesters.

Refunds and Withdrawals

Because space is limited and materials are ordered in advance, tuition is non-refundable after the first class.
If you need to withdraw before the first class begins, a refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be issued.

Health and Safety

Please keep your child home if they are ill or contagious.

Photo/Video Release

Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes (e.g., website or social media). Please let us know if you prefer not to have your family included.
