Thank you for choosing Camp Frenda! To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review the following terms and conditions. These policies outline important details regarding pricing, rentals, minimum booking requirements, cancellations, and facility use. They are designed to help us serve you better and maintain the standard of excellence you expect from your time at camp.

Please read carefully. By signing at the bottom of this page, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms listed below.

WEEKEND RATES

Long weekends: Family Day, Victoria Day, and Thanksgiving
You’re blessed with an extra day at Frenda! Rates below have increased to cover the additional meals and a third night’s stay. Due to high demand, this extension is mandatory, if your group departs early, the per-person cost remains the same.

Regular weekends: All rates include four meals and two nights’ lodging. We do not offer custom rates for guests staying only one night or eating fewer than four meals.

For guests visiting on Saturday only:

Ages 12 and up: $20 per meal
Ages 4–12: $15 per meal

Adults (18 and up): $150
Long Weekends: $200
Extra Meals: $20

Youth (13–17 years): $145
Long Weekends: $190
Extra Meals: $20

Children (4–12 years): $135
Long Weekends: $180
Extra Meals: $15

Children 3 and under: Free 

Equipment Rentals (Flat Rate)
Winter Snow Tubes: $100
Snow Shoes: $75
Canoes/Kayaks: $100
Ping Pong Package: $25
Lake Rosseau Tour: $100 per boat load (weather and staff availability permitting)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Minimum Guest Requirement

Regular Weekend: 50 guests

Long Weekends: 60 guests

Please note that failure to meet the minimum guest requirement may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 90 days’ notice prior to your reservation date is required to receive a full refund of your deposit.
If cancellation occurs within 90 days of your reservation date, you will be billed 50% of the guest minimum.

Private Room Fee
Anyone requesting their own room (one adult) will incur a $30.00 cleaning fee.

Check-Out Time
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Sunday. A late check-out fee of $40.00 will be added to rooms that remain occupied after this time.
