    900am-1200pm:  Masters / International Sequencing

    100-400pm:  Novice / Intermediate Sequencing

  • With her dog Fusion, JuliAnna has stood on podiums at all three major International Agility Competitions:  AWC, EO and WAO.  She was also the 2024 AKC Premier Cup First Place Winner, and has won several rounds at the AKC EO and AWC tryouts.  Her training and handling style helps her to excel in many different types of agility:  AKC, UKI, ISC.  Her energy and attention to detail allow her to adapt her instruction for all teams and ability levels.  She is great at giving feedback in the moment, adjusting for each team, and creating ways for each dog to find success.  Come have fun with us!

  • Watch JuliAnna and Fusion in action at the 2024 Agility World Championships!

My name is JuliAnna. I have been training and competing with dogs since I was 14 years old. It began with Hype, my all-American, who cleared our 6-foot chain link fence right into my own backyard. Apparently, she knew that, somehow, I was the one who would change her life. What she did not know was that she was the one who would change mine. After endless days of destruction of home furnishings and tornado disasters of rooms, Hype and I began to attend dog-training classes. Through the Columbia Basin Dog Training Club, we get hooked into agility and have not stopped since.

As my passion for agility and training dogs grew, I saved up and got my first border collie, Threat. She began a whole new adventure for me. Through her, I have learned so much more about training dogs as she is completely opposite from Hype.

With Threat having been diagnosed with Intermittent Exotropia Strabismus and my desire to still tryout for world team, I jumped on the opportunity to take Fusion into my life. She has proven to be everything I could have ever dreamed of in a Border Collie and more. At the West Coast Open, Fusion and I earned our first ever world team spot on the World Agility Open team!

My girls have led me to agility accomplishments that I never thought I would experience. Here is a list of some of those opportunities they have shared with me:

    • Junior Agility Invitationals Orlando, Florida 2012
    • AKC Agility Nationals Reno, Nevada 2015
    • AKC Agility Nationals Tulsa, Oklahoma 2016
    • AKC Agility Nationals Reno, Nevada 2018 - Challenger
    • USDAA Cynosports Scottsdale, AZ 2018 - Two Time World Champion - 16 inch Performance
    • World Team Tryouts Gray Summit, MO - 1st Place Round 1
    • West Coast Open Paso Robles, CA 2022 Multiple top 3 placements
    • World Agility Open Team Member Netherlands 2023
    • US Open UKI Jacksonville, FL 2022 Multiple top 3 placements and multi-time finalist ]
    • European Open Team Tryouts - Top 3 Placements Multiple Rounds
    • European Open Team Member Denmark 2023
    • World Agility Open Pentathlon Jumping 2023 - 4th Place
    • World Agility Open Pentathlon Speedstakes Final 2023 - 1st Place
    • European Open 2023 1st Place Team and Team Finalist
    • European Open 2023 Individual Finalist
    • Border Collie Classic 2023 Nation and Individual Finalist
    • AKC Premier Cup 2024 Champion
    • Agility World Championship 2024 Team Gold Medalist
    • Agility World Championship 2024 Individual 6th Place Overall (with 4/4 clean runs!)

My passion for both training dogs and competing in agility has led me to yet another wonderful opportunity and privilege: Sharing my knowledge and experience with others to help them grow and succeed in whatever journeys they wish to take on with their own dogs. We especially enjoy helping people realize and reach their potential with their partner in this incredibly fun game!
