Position Overview:
This unique opportunity offers discounted rent in a cozy one-bedroom unit, complete with utilities and Wi-Fi, and a $500 stipend in exchange for your skills in keeping our motel running smoothly. You'll take the lead on laundry, inventory management, along with weekly and daily property maintenance, all while playing a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (gas and one oil change per year reimbursed)
- Preferred hospitality experience, but not required
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
- Must be self-directed and dependable
