In order to reserve a booth space at the 2025 Modesto Fall Fair on October 18th, a vendor fee of $40 per space must be paid. We will not approve your application unless we have received payment. This fee is NONREFUNDABLE unless the event itself is cancelled. *Please read terms and conditions for details*
How will you be paying the nonrefundable booth fee?
Terms and Conditions: Exhibitor/Vendor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire or casualty. Modesto Craft Fair and Little Raccoon Creek Farm expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. Each exhibitor is responsible for the conduct of his or her employees/representatives. Modesto Craft Fair reserves the right to have items removed that are considered not appropriate for sale. Items for sale are expected to be crafts, or of a hand-made personalized or repurposed nature. Modesto Craft Fair and Little Raccoon Creek Farm do not accept responsibility over any harm or death that may occur with the farm's animals because of vendor negligence.
