Warranty Claim Process:
At Larson Manufacturing, we make innovative, high quality products for your home. We take pride in delivering you quality products that last.
Our customer care team will carefully review your claim and contact you in regards to the status of your claim. Please have proof of purchase and photos of your entire door as well as pictures of the damaged area ready to assure your claim will be handled as quickly as possible.
The information provided will help us determine your warranty needs and help . We regret any difficulty you are having with your Larson Storm Door. To fulfill your warranty, please complete the Warranty Claim form below or complete the mail-in form. We appreciate your business and will work to resolve this matter as timely as possible.
- If your door has been damaged by an act of nature, modified, altered or shortened in any way, the warranty is void.
- Do not dispose of the door or its components until your warranty claim is settled.
- Warranty applies to the original owner only and Proof of Purchase is required.
- Reinstallation cost is not covered under the warranty.

Attach Photos of your Product
- Copy of the Proof of Purchase
- Pictures of the door showing the following:
- Front view showing the entire door
- The damaged or defective area
- The Larson Logo Corner Caps on the inside face of the door in the upper left hand corner of the window opening (refer to illustration)

We highly recommend uploading photos of your product to help us correctly identify your door and process your warranty quickly.
