Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit (amount specified above) is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date of performance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy: If the Client cancels for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require full payment.
Artist Substitution: In the unlikely event Lisa Marais is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be notified as soon as possible. A suitable replacement or full refund of any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be offered at the Client’s discretion.
Performance Conditions: Client agrees to provide appropriate sound equipment and environment for performance unless otherwise arranged. Technical requirements will be discussed in advance and must be met to ensure a successful show.
Use of Likeness: The Client grants Lisa Marais permission to document the performance (photo/video) for promotional use, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Conduct & Safety: The Client agrees to maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for Lisa Marais and her team. Any form of misconduct may result in immediate termination of the performance without refund.
Liability: Lisa Marais is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by events outside of her control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, force majeure).
