Community Garden Plot Application Form

Application form for an individual/household plot measuring 10' x 16' within Black Creek Community Farm's community garden.

Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee you a plot. Once completed, your application will be screened by the BCCF Team, and if applicable, you will be added to a waitlist and contacted when a space becomes available.

In order to help more community members access growing space, we have a two-year limit for membership, at which point you are welcome to reapply with this form and be added to the waitlist. 

Please note there is a $25 rental fee for the community garden plot. Compost for the community garden plots can also be provided for an additional fee.

 

We are asking the question below to gain a better understanding of who is accessing our programs and to report back to our funders.
