Self-Guided School Field Trip Application (September 2, 2025 - May 29, 2026)
This form is for school and youth groups, preschool - College. To book dates beyond May, 29, 2026, please add your name to this list to get notified when they open. If you have questions, please email education@gggp.org.

San Francisco Botanical Garden & Children's Garden:
- Group size: 10 - 150 people total, including chaperones
- Entry Times Available:
  - most weekdays, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Conservatory of Flowers:
- Group size: 10 - 42 people total, including chaperones
- Entry Times Available:
  - Mondays and Fridays: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM
  - Tuesdays and Thursdays: 2:00 PM
  - Wednesdays: closed
- No group visits due to Annual Maintenance Closure: Jan. 21 - Feb. 4, 2026
Japanese Tea Garden:
- Group size: 10 -42 people total, including chaperones
- Entry Times Available:
  - Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM
  - Tuesday and Thursdays: 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM
- No group visits: March 27 - April 10, 2026
