All required documents must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. Failure to do so will result in the student's account being placed on hold or marked as inactive until all necessary documents are received. Please ensure that all forms are complete, as incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Thank you for taking the time to read the Skhillz Academy Parent/Student Handbook. This handbook outlines important policies and procedures, many of which address common questions and concerns.

We are committed to providing all students with a positive and successful learning experience. Please ensure that both you and your child review the rules of conduct, internet safety guidelines, and all other relevant information outlined in the handbook.

After reviewing the handbook, please sign and return this acknowledgment form within 7 days of enrollment. A completed copy is required for our records to avoid any interruption in your child’s access to our services.

Tuition Payment Acknowledgment
By submitting this enrollment application, I acknowledge and understand that the application fee submitted with this form is separate from tuition costs. Upon acceptance, I will be responsible for the full tuition amount for the program. Skhillz Academy offers payment plan options as a courtesy for families who prefer to pay tuition in installments rather than in full upfront. Acceptance of a payment plan constitutes agreement to pay the complete tuition amount according to the established payment schedule.
