2025 Adopt-A Senior For Christmas Program: SENIOR APPLICATION

Are you a Senior facing hardship this Holiday Season? The Golden Future Senior Expo Adopt-A Senior for Christmas Program is for adults 65 years of age and older who are low income and/or experiencing financial hardship. If chosen for this program, organizations or individuals will sponsor your Christmas wish list based upon their budget.

Deadline to apply is 5pm Friday, November 28th 2025 and those approved will be notified on or before December 10th. There is a limited number of slots available. If approved, Sponsors will contact you directly and provide instructions on how to receive your gifts. The items will be either dropped off at your home, mailed, or you will have to pick them up. All gifts should be received by December 24th 2025.

*DISCLAIMER: If you are matched with a Sponsor and they become unable to fulfill your wish list, you will be placed automatically next year in our 2026 Adopt-A-Senior Program (pending you still meet all of the qualifications). GFE is not permitted to be a Sponsor.

Qualifications:

1.       Must be a Southern California Resident AND currently living in Southern California.

2.       Must be 65 years of age or older and provide a valid California Driver's License or State ID Card.

3.       Must be low income and/or with current financial hardship.

4.       If you have been a previous recipient and sponsored in 2024, you will be placed on our waitlist. If we have enough sponsors, we will notify you. If you are not chosen this year, you will be able to apply for our 2026 program.

This application is per household with a max of (2) adults living in the household eligible to apply. If there are (2) adults in the household, both must meet the above qualifications, and you will only need to fill out (1) application.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are accepted into the program, a member of the Golden Future Expo Team will contact you via e-mail so be sure to check your inbox. If you are not selected, you will not be contacted and we invite you to apply next year.
