📄 Terms & Conditions for SJL Photo Booth Crew

Effective Date: 06/23/2025

By booking with SJL Photo Booth Crew, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment:

Once date is confirmed a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Final balance is due 48 hours before the event.
We accept: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.

Setup & Use:

We require a flat, sheltered area for setup (10ft x 10ft recommended).
Client is responsible for providing electrical access.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel due to unsafe conditions or non-payment.

Photos:

Photos may be used for promotional purposes unless client opts out.

Liability:

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage during the use of our booth.
