  As a lifetime VIP member of The O’hana Circle, you have access to our exclusive inventory of party equipment and supplies. To ensure a fair and seamless experience for everyone, please review the following terms before submitting your rental request:
  
  Rental Requests & Availability
  - All rentals are free of charge but are subject to availability and not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
  - Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  - You will receive an email confirmation once your rental is approved and dates are verified.
  - Requests should be submitted at least 5 business days in advance whenever possible.
  Waiver & Confirmation
  - A signed rental waiver will be required upon approval of your request.
  - Rentals are not considered confirmed until the waiver is completed.
  Pickup, Return & Usage Guidelines
  - All items must be picked up and returned by the renter at the agreed-upon location and time.
  - Equipment should be returned clean and in the same condition it was received.
  - Late returns may affect your ability to borrow in the future.
  - Store all items indoors when not in use — especially in case of rain or wind.
  Damage, Loss & Liability
  - Clients are responsible for any lost or damaged items.
  The O Team is not liable for injuries or incidents resulting from use of borrowed items. Always use equipment safely and responsibly.

  Rentals are for personal use only and may not be sub-rented, sold, or loaned to others.
  Abuse of this perk or repeated misuse may result in loss of access to the program.
