Terms, Conditions & Information:

- Must have previous experience in your chosen event & be aged 10-15
- $200 non refundable deposit. Due on form return.
- Fee includes Morning Tea, Lunch & Water.
- Participants may camp at the showground free of charge from the 1st of January.
- Please ensure funds are deposited into the bank account provided on or before the due date. Default may compromisei your place. Payment amounts & due dates will be returned with your invoice.
- Full Payment Due by the 30th of November 2025
- One parent or guardian is able to accompany the Junior participant with lunch provided. Parent or Guardian to watch only from the hill, not to be behind the chutes or in the arena.
- By submitting this form, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed or filmed during the academy. This content may be used for promotional purposes, including on social media, in marketing materials, or as part of a documentary.
- The committee reserves the right to make the final decision on all aspects of this academy.

Injury:

- If you are injured prior to the OPA commencing, you will have the option to still attend at a reduced fee as you will not be participating in the live stock part of the program.
- If you choose to not attend due to injury you will be refunded anything you have paid over and above the $200 non-refundable deposit
