2. Parking Enforcement Provider agrees to maintain a 24-hour telephone service.

3. Parking Enforcement Provider is operating as an independent agent in conjunction herewith. Parking Enforcement Provider may settle any claim against it as the Parking Enforcement Provider deems appropriate.

4. Customer agrees to inspect and verify sign placement as required by the Texas Occupations Code, Subchapter G.

5. Parking Enforcement Provider shall, at all times, comply with the City's and State's towing ordinances.

6. Duration: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

Intended Purpose of this Agreement:

1. This Agreement is intended for the sole purpose of access authorization to the ParkingSnap software.

2. This Agreement may not be used to authorize vehicle removal, vehicle booting or vehicle storage.

3. This Agreement shall not be construed as a contract of services for any other purpose.

2. Parking Enforcement Provider agrees that the information made available and information entered is to be considered "property" of the Client.

3. Parking Enforcement Provider may terminate this Service Agreement by providing written notice to the party listed above.
