Digital Confidence Support: Learn to use smart phones, tablets, computers, tv's, and online tools with step-by-step guidance.Accountability & Life Organization: Stay on track with reminders, appointment scheduling, and personal organization.Scam & Fraud Awareness: Learn how to recognize scams, protect personal information, and stay safe online and in person.Document & Paperwork Guidance: Get help filing out forms, organizing mail, and understanding important documents.Companionship & Wellness Support: Friendly conversations, emotional check-ins, and light social activities.Caregiver Coordination Support: Help managing care plans, communicating with caregivers, and tracking appointments.Life Logistics Support: Assistance with errands, scheduling, and day-to-day planning.Community Navigation & Resources Referrals: Get connected to free or low-cost programs, benefits, and community services.
