COVID Results Form

To submit your COVID-19 test results, please ensure you follow these instructions carefully. Results should only be submitted 24-48 hours prior to your departure. Prepare by taking a clear photo that includes BOTH your negative COVID-19 test result and a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, student ID, or passport) in the same image. Ensure that both the test result and the ID are fully visible, clear, and legible. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email—be sure to keep it for verification purposes. Submissions sent outside the specified timeframe or missing required documents will not be accepted.
