Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of receiving your booking confirmation or before the deposit is paid. Once the deposit has been made, we will not refund it due to cancellations.
Handmade Product Disclaimer:
Please note that bubbles may be part of the resin process; we aim to avoid them. Minor imperfections may occur that do not compromise the integrity of the art. Floral discoloration may result from the drying process.
Shipping and Delivery Terms:
This form requests a quote and does not confirm booking status. We will reach out to confirm whether we'll accept the project. A 30% deposit of your order total is required after accepting the project.
Final payment is due once all resin pieces are complete and ready for shipping or free pickup. Customers are responsible for shipping fees, assessed at the final payment stage.
Orders of $500 or more qualify for free shipping.
Booking with us means agreeing to these terms. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft once shipped. Customers will receive a tracking number to follow their delivey. If anything goes wrong during the making of your pieces, we will contact you regarding refund or replacement options.
