REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Filipino Blood, pure or mixed.

2. 8 yrs old and above. Minors should have parents consent.

3. Open to professional or amateur singers.

4. Residing in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

5. Ready 1 acapella and 1 minus one song.

6. With or without groups affiliation.

7. Available between July to November 7, 2025

UNDERTAKING:

1.       The contestant or the parents/guardians confirm that they are submitting this form voluntarily.

2.       The contestant or the parents/guardians acknowledge that the performances may be recorded and used for promotional purposes of the organization, MBIP & Tawag ng Tanghalan Western Region Rumble and its franchises.

3.       The contestant or the parents/guardians agree to follow all the rules and regulations of the competition.

4.       The contestant or the parents/guardians shall provide all the items needed by the contestant unless given by the organizers such all segments of competition materials, i.e. music materials, dress, costumes, make-up etc.

5.       The contestant or the parents/guardians shall coordinate ONLY to the Verified Organizers or the Over-all Director for any concerns. Information, Decisions, and other matters concerning the competition that is not authorized by the mentioned above is not official.

6.       The contestant or the parents/guardians agreed to attend at all rehearsals and meetings on the duration of the competition, prior announcement shall be sent to inform the Verified Organizers or the Over-all Director in case they cannot make it.

7.       The contestant or the parents/guardians understand that JUDGES DECISIONS/RESULTS ARE ALL FINAL, Organizers ensure the integrity of the Competition and the Judging Panel.

8.       UNTOWARD BEHAVIOURS BEFORE OR DURING THE COMPETITION NIGHT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND ENTERTAINED. IF THERES ANY CLARIFICATIONS OR DISPUTE WITH THE RESULTS, DISCUSSIONS WILL BE SCHEDULED WITH TIME AND DATE AGREED BY THE ORGANIZERS AND THE DISPUTING PARTY. (Marshalls and Security Volunteers will reprimand or escort out the venue those who engage with violence, bad mouthing the contestants, guests, judges, organizers, or other supporters.) ANY TYPE OF BAD BEHAVIOURS ARE NOT ALLOWED).
