Project Host Expression of Interest (EOI)

You’ll be asked to upload key documents such as licences, permits, insurance certificates, and project photos.
To make the process smoother, please have these files ready before you begin.

*These health & safety requirements are compulsory. If you do not have these, we will ask you to get them so you meet minimum safety requirements.

You may be contacted by phone or email if clarification or further detail is needed.

🧭 Step 2: Site Visit
A site visit will be required as part of our assessment. This allows us to verify facilities, animal care practices, and the accuracy of your application.

📹 Step 3: Video Meeting
If the application progresses, we will arrange a video meeting with your team to:

• Review expectations and operating responsibilities
• Discuss fee structures and payment timelines
• Clarify logistics, communications, and volunteer support
