Youth Circus Bursary Application 2025-2026
  • Circomedia Youth Circus Bursary Application

We offer bursaries for both our regular Youth Circus classes and our Holiday Youth Circus Camps. These bursaries provide free or subsidised places for children from low-income households who may not otherwise be able to attend. Priority is given to low-income families in areas of Bristol that are identified by the council as having high levels of deprivation, however anyone is welcome to apply and we take more into account than household income alone.

  • About Your Financial Circumstances

In this section we will ask for details of your current financial circumstances.
  • Please Note
We know that multiple factors make up every family's personal circumstances, so we take more than just household income into account. However, we do have to ask specific questions to accurately understand your circumstances.

Not all the questions below may seem relevant; we ask some questions for funding purposes (e.g. some funds are based specifically on Pupil Premium/free school meals), and others so that we can build up a clear picture of why a Youth Circus bursary would benefit you and your family.

Please answer everything as accurately and with as much detail as possible. If you are unsure about anything, please email youthcircus@circomedia.com or call us on 0117 947 7288.

  • Household Income

    • Benefits and state allowances
    • Child maintenance or other payments from another household
    • Any other income

If the young person is a member of more than one household, please give a joint figure for all households.
