Annual Local Trip Consent Form: Academic Year 2025-26

Dear Parents/Guardians,

To enrich our students' learning experiences, DBIS will organise various local educational trips within Hong Kong throughout the 2025-26 academic year. These trips are an integral part of our curriculum and provide valuable hands-on learning opportunities.

To ensure your child can participate in these exciting excursions, please complete and return this consent form by Tuesday 19th August 2025. This single consent will cover all local trips organised by the school during the 2025-26 academic year. Specific details for each trip will be communicated to you prior to the event.

I give permission for my child to participate in all school-organised local trips within Hong Kong during the 2025-26 academic year.

I understand that:

• The school will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of my child during these trips.

 

• I will be informed of the details of each trip, including the date, time, location, and any specific requirements, in advance.

 

• In the event of an emergency, the school will take appropriate action.

 

• I will ensure that my child positively represents DBIS and listens to instructions given by staff members during the trips.
