Before you continue to submit a reimbursement request, here are a few important terms to qualify:
1) You must be an active resident who has signed a lease at the property you are requesting reimbursements for.
2) Your lease must have a current and active benefit subscription, and the missed appointment must have occurred after your subscription start date.
3) HomeLab reimburses 100% of any missed appointment fees.
4) You must provide an itemized invoice, proof of payment, and contact information for the service professional. In-house techs or staff are excluded.
5) You must be current on your rent and any charges due to your property manager or landlord.
6) You must provide screenshots, messages, or other evidence that the appointment had been canceled 4 or more hours before the appointment start time.
7) The invoice/receipt date should not exceed 3 months old
